 The earth day

Earth Day is celebrated every year on April 22.

 

The purpose is to raise the awareness of the population on environmental issues and above all to mobilize them for the protection of our Earth.

 Pollution, climate change and global warming, water scarcity, loss of biodiversity and soil erosion are some of the major problems facing our planet.

We talked about what each of us can do individually for our planet, so that it is clean, sustainable and able to accommodate future generations. After all, just as the Earth has been taking care of people for so many years, we too must take care of it because, as we have already said, it is our ONLY home and our legacy for future generations!

And after talking about all the above, we also did a very impressive experiment. So we cemented everything we said and had fun at the same time! In a bowl we put some milk, put a few drops of the blue and green confectionery color (colors of the Earth) and mixed. Then dip another cotton swab in liquid soap and place it on the colored milk! ⠀

And then something magical happens! The soap drives away the blue and green color as if it wants to "cleanse" our Earth of everything unnecessary just like we want and try to do!⠀
